Return and Refund Policy – ShoesValue

Thank you for shopping at ShoesValue (shoesvalue.shop). We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.


Returns

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • All original tags and packaging must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required


How to Start a Return

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable products

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hamiltonv52@hotmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
